• Check thermostats for correct temperature
• Check refridgerator
• Pantry check for insects
• Faucet checks
• Outside inspections, especially after storms
• Check furnace
• Check smoke alarms and change batteries if necessary
• Water plants
• Check mailbox and bring mail to post office for proper handling
• Weekly reports after walkthroughs are provided
